Extremely enthu souls often compare the concrete forest in Gurgaon, but the state of public transport is pathetic. The Rickshaw though is carbon neutral but cannot take you far.
My daughter took this picture yesterday as we drove across the Adyar river bridge also known Thiru-vi-ka bridge. She tried multiple shots, and got this picture as we almost crossed the bridge. Liked it.
If you are a visitor to Gurgaon, the steel and glass surely appears quite impressive. Not sure if the public transport system in this city is half as good as Singapore. Comparison, therefore, may be a little odious.
I spotted a woodpecker up on a tree recently. It is quite unusual to see a woodpeckar in this part of India esp., in such hot weather. And having spotted it, taking a picture was tougher, esp with a phone. See if you can spot the bird in this picture.
These deers take my stress and you fatigue away as soon as i enter the IITM Campus on my way back from work.. I am blessed with there amazing neighbours.
